Matthew D. Fischer received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Bachelor of Arts in Communication degrees from Santa Clara University in 2001, where he also was a member of the intercollegiate baseball team. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 2005, where he was Chief Articles Editor and a member of the Executive Board of Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review.

Mr. Fischer was admitted to the bar in 2005 and joined the firm as an associate that year. He currently practices in all aspects of civil litigation. Mr. Fischer handles the firm’s law and motion work where he has achieved excellent results in both, prosecuting and defending motions for summary judgment.
