Roger E. Hawkins 

Roger E. Hawkins received his B.S. degree with Distinction from California State College at Los Angeles in 1963. He went on to receive his J.D. degree from the University of California in 1969. Mr. Hawkins was admitted to the State Bar in 1970.

Mr. Hawkins was an arbitrator for the Los Angeles Superior Court Arbitration Program in 1979, as well as a Settlement Officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court Settlement Program in the same year. Since 1983, Mr. Hawkins has also been a private mediator. In addition, he is the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Evidence, Control of Crime and Justice and the Legal Profession.

Mr. Hawkins’ practice consists of Civil Litigation, Admiralty and Maritime Law, Personal Injury, Products Liability, First and Third Party Insurance, Consumer Protection, and Employment Law. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Maritime Law Association, International Association of Defense Counsel, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Defense Research Institute, and the Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles.

Mr. Hawkins also holds an "AV" rating from Marindale Hubble
